Okay...come on. Seriously.
No wait. Let me start at the beginning. I know that in this great land of ours, we are all entitled to post whatever the hell we want on whatever website we choose to make. But the sad thing is that this kind of extreme message is aimed at kids with no real objectivity or even real biblical follow-ups. (all I found on that page were 2 bible quotes) It is frought with insane racism, and plain insipid generalizations. It neglects to mention sex, drugs, or other temptations or even what to do about them should the child encounter them.
After reading some of the other pages, I have come to the conclusion that it is just an example of the paranoid, end-of-the-world mentality that has been rising in American undertones in the past years.
Just one question for the people that would visit these kinds of sites for actual religious guidance: why is it that pursuing these "OBJECTIVES" is a righteous quest for you, and yet anyone else pursuing their own objectives, even for the sake of equality, or at least tolerance of their presence, is somehow wrong or morally incorrect? |
