Well I am in school now. I don't mean that because of the obvious fact that I am attending classes; I mean I REALLY am in school right now. I am getting used to the classes, and the initial weirdness of college learnding. Much to my surprise, I thought things to be a lot harder than they really are. But instead of how it was in 75% of my high school classes, I am actually LEARNING stuff here. I am glad I chose community college first before trying to jump straight to university. Or wherever. But I am glad, college is at least everything I expected it to be.

Well, onto other news...I am a blockbusterer for only a few days more. For my orientation at Fry's Electronics is on Monday, and I will begin a new life. Yes...that's right. A NEW life of...selling...and ringing people up...and doing what I do at Blockbuster, only with electronics, and making hella-money doing it.

other news....my car decided one day it would start to fall apart. Damn entropy. I hate that. It is kind of annoying that things will stay in order for so long, especially something as mechanically complex as a car...but then all of a sudden, everything will start to go wrong with it. Or worse yet, when everything seems fine, but something will randomly mess up because of some random fluke in the universe on the atomic level that makes the larger world screw up somehow. Damn things breaking down.

What much else is there to say? I been taking things kinda slow as I can, seeing as how other times I am so hella-busy. It hella-sucks when I hella-dont have any hella-time.

On the recommendation of Jessica, I am reading Memnoch Ihe Devil: The Vampire Chronicles by Anne Rice. What is her obsession with all things scary??? Oh well..what is Stephen King's obsession with freaky? What is Amy Tan's obsssion with the mother/daughter thing? What is my obsession with inane filler material? That, I don't know. And I actually don't know jack about authors or reading, because I never read anymore. In fact, this is probably the first fictional book I have been reading since last year.

At any rate, the story seems interesting enough. Of course, I haven't quite gotten into it yet; only on Chapter 2 I am. But I will find some time to read the thing.

Hopefully I will update the journal more (Jessica..don't fret..:-P) If I can eventually get the FTP to work for John's server, I will be able to more readily update and change things on the old Gyme. Until then, it is goint through Freewebs, signing in, and clicking the 2,373 links to get to the Journal and update it!
