Preliminary Tax Stuff...
I wasn't trying to be TOO much of a Ned Flanders, but I went ahead and punched my numbers into the IRS Tax Estimate Calculator. I didn't enter anything incorrectly that I know of, but when the final tabulations were returned to me, this is what I saw:
My income was $24,000! How can my tax be three-and-a-quarter HUNDRED THOUSAND dollars?!?!? I surely hope this isn't how Congress and Prez-Elect Obama hope to fund the bailout and pay down the national debt...
